Lately, I’ve been facing some challenges, mainly concerning the ongoing COVID-19 situation in China. As you all know, China’s COVID-19 policies have been extremely stringent for years now, resulting in many job losses. Currently, I’m stuck at home, unable to go out, and it’s really taking a toll on me. The watch market, like many other sectors, has been compelled to shut down. This means that people can’t visit the market to purchase luxury items such as watches and designer bags. It’s uncertain when the market will reopen, but even when it does, there will likely be delays compared to usual.
With the year coming to a close, all watch factories are exercising heightened caution. They’re keen to avoid any legal troubles or fines, which can amount to a significant sum. Numerous incidents in the past have taught them valuable lessons. Therefore, November presents an opportune moment to act and place orders for desired watches before the year’s end. Additionally, with the traditional spring festival approaching, factories will soon go on holiday, further emphasizing the need to act swiftly.
